Gurgaon’s Southern border Road offers more luxurious apartment house options, while the Golf Course Road and regions in the region of it are a recognized high-end market. The target revenue for Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida) for financial year 2013-14 is Rs 1,536.60 crore. Till January, the department has only managed to earn Rs 1,083 crore. Officials said that in the earlier period few months the number of properties in Noida being registered has gone down due to the vertical hike in circle rates.
